We listed our house at 44 Lafayette Ave, Danvers, MA for Sale in April of 2006 with Keller Williams Realty.The Realtor claims to lived most of his life in the neighborhood and promised lot of nifty marketing ideas. Within a week of signing the contract, the Realtor started listing shortcomings in our house. We have lowered our prices 3 times within 3 months. Nothing happened and we hardly have 3-4 showings during this time frame. After 3 months we hired Coldwell Banker and not much progress with them either.
